Terms of use
These terms govern use of the SK Meteora website and its information and communication tools. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
1. Website use
Use the website lawfully, without misleading information, infringement of third-party rights or actions affecting security. Property enquiries must be made by someone authorised to discuss that property.
2. Indicative rent estimate
The calculator uses a fixed model based on a company example and your inputs. It is not a certified market valuation, revenue guarantee, binding offer or contract. It does not fetch live listings or verify the address. A final amount requires inspection and verification of all data.
3. Partnerships and fees
A lease or management partnership begins only after a separate written agreement. It specifies duration, amount, use, responsibilities, costs, deposit, repairs and termination. The initial online estimate is free. The calculator does not process rental payments.
4. Reservations and third parties
Accommodation reservations are processed through Lodgify. Property-specific prices, payment, cancellation and stay conditions appear before confirmation. Activities are booked separately. External providers have their own terms and policies.
5. Content and availability
Content is updated with reasonable care. A technical error does not create an obligation to accept an incorrect amount or unavailable reservation. Photographs, text and branding may not be reused without permission from the rights holder.
