What information we process
Name, email, telephone, message and, when submitting a property, area, address, size, capacity, condition, furniture, amenities and optional annual revenue. The estimate is calculated in your browser. Information is submitted and stored only when you send the enquiry.
Purpose and basis
We use your details to respond and assess your requested partnership as part of pre-contractual steps. Technical data is used for secure operation and abuse prevention. Enquirers are not automatically subscribed to a marketing list.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website database and are available only to authorised administration. Enquiries without an active partnership are retained for up to 12 months. The website removes older enquiries on the next submission. Contractual and tax records are retained separately for the legally necessary periods.
Providers and transfers
Hosting and technical storage are provided through the website infrastructure and Cloudflare. Bookings and payments are handled by Lodgify and the payment providers shown during checkout. WhatsApp, Viber and social networks process data when you choose their links, under their own policies. Providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect lawful previous processing. The calculator result is informational and does not make a binding partnership decision. You can always request a human assessment. The property form does not request card details.
