Talk to usDo you lease my property directly?
Yes. For suitable properties selected after an assessment, we can discuss a lease to the company with an agreed monthly rent. Amount, duration, use, responsibilities and expenses are set out in the final agreement.
Is the calculator amount binding?
No. It is an indicative company proposal based on your inputs and a €550 reference example, not a certified market valuation. A final offer requires an inspection, verification and written acceptance.
Does an existing Airbnb history matter?
Yes. Actual revenue, occupancy, costs and reviews help us assess performance. Do not send guests’ personal information.
Do you consider unfurnished properties?
You can submit your property even if it needs furniture or work. The proposal is adjusted and any cost allocation is agreed separately before the partnership.
What is the difference between leasing and management?
In a lease, the company becomes the tenant and pays the agreed rent under the contract. In management, we provide services on your behalf for an agreed fee, while revenue depends on bookings.
How do I book a stay?
Select dates in Lodgify or open the property’s secure booking link. Live rates, availability, payment and cancellation conditions appear before confirmation.
